3-D Carved Signs are our most impressive sign technique that we can offer to our commercial and
residential customers. We prefer using SignFoam material which is a High Density Urethane product.
It was developed through the Space Shuttle program and used as the heat tiles. The manufacturers
found new markets to develop for. All our signs are finished with industrial enamel quality paints and
average 5 coats of paint on both sides of the signs. Wood doesn't last as long, the grain in the wood
move and take the paint with it, where the SignFoam has no grains so the paint stays stable.
